Introduction

Welcome to FootyWhale. By using this platform you agree to these Terms of Service. FootyWhale is an entertainment prediction platform — we are not a gambling operator, we do not accept bets, and we do not hold or pay out real money.

Account

You sign in using Google OAuth. Your email address is used to create and manage your account. You may only hold one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Voting and Predictions

When you vote on a match outcome, that vote is final and cannot be changed. Your votes aggregate with other users to form the crowd accumulator. Predictions are for entertainment only — they do not constitute financial advice, betting tips, or any form of real-money wager.

Leaderboard and Competitions

Users earn XP and advance through tiers based on prediction accuracy. Weekly competitions may offer prizes at the sole discretion of FootyWhale. FootyWhale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel competitions at any time.

User Conduct

• You must not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to cast votes.
• You must not attempt to manipulate leaderboard positions or crowd accumulators.
• You must not impersonate other users or FootyWhale staff.
• You must be 18 or over to use FootyWhale.

Intellectual Property

The FootyWhale name, logo, and branding are proprietary. Your voting predictions and profile content are public — by submitting them you grant FootyWhale a licence to display them on the platform. We do not claim ownership over your personal data.
